19 Aug Starving Doubt
Doubt is paralyzing, it’s fearful and it’s crippling, doubt shakes your confidence.
Being confident of this that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Jesus Christ. – Phillipians 1:6
Never doubt your abilities or look down upon yourself. You’re unique and special in your own way. You are a rare gem – there is no one with the same fingerprint as you in this entire universe, so know and believe that God loves you.
If your nature is to doubt, it will leave you feeling crippled and pull you down. Instead, feed your faith, believe and meditate on the word of God- it works! Kill doubt with what the Lord has said in His word concerning your life. Outweigh doubt with positivity, everyday look yourself in the mirror and vocalize victory.
But the man who has doubts is condemned if he eats, because his eating is not from the faith: and everything that does not come from faith is sin. – Romans 14:23
This piece of scripture is from a passage where some people choose to eat some thing but don’t eat the other, hence it says eating with doubt within you, means you are actually eating without faith. If you have faith in you, it outweighs any contrary force, so continue to feed your faith to paralyze any self-doubt.
Some of us have dreams and aspirations that we’ve nurtured, but doubt and listening to people living in doubt drains you of your motivation. Refuse to let such thoughts have power in your life. Speak the word of Faith in every situation, and remember you can do all through Christ who strengthens you.
Do not doubt, for a woman who walks with the Lord will always reach her destination and achieve her goals. God’s word is forever accurate so believe and trust it, while remembering that doubt is always on the losing side, so choose to ignore it.
With God we shall gain the victory and He will trample down our enemies. – Psalm 60:12
Doubt is the enemy of progress. You’ve been made created with endless opportunities in within your reach, but the key to achieveing them is choosing to overcome and outweigh doubt. You came in this world as a victor and not a victim. God has given you dominion over everything.
