
28 Jan Setting Goals
Welcome back to the Cup of Faith podcast. This is officially our first episode of the new year so I thought what better way than to kick it off by sharing my process for setting goals for the new year. Don’t worry though, if you find planning for the year ahead to be overwhelming, you can also use these steps to plan for the week ahead or even the day ahead.
In this episode, I share the importance of reflecting on the things you’re grateful for happening, the things you have achieved and how to goal bout setting goals followed by an action plan and check-in. I share the importance of prayer and how to deal with plans not always going according to your plan.
I have also shared a new Instagram Story template which can be used to share and highlight the things you have achieved this week and the goals you have for the new week.
